YOGA 4 THE CLASSROOM
The research behind the benefits of yoga and meditation is extensive. In recent years the research has been extended to the benefits for youth and the value yoga has within the classroom.
Here you will find links to research so you can draw your own conclusions, resources you to begin or strengthen your own practice, and updates on yoga in our classroom so you can keep up with your growing student!
In the Spring of 2016, I created a Yoga 4 the Classroom Campaign to raise money to bring yoga into schools. Click here to go to my blog post on it.
